What is the delivery time?
Our captain armbands are always produced manually and to order in our factory.
Delivery time for an order at Captain FC is normally between 5 and 7 business days outsite The Netherland and Belgium
If you need an order urgently please contact info@captainfc.com.
Can I return my captain armband?
Our personalized captain armbands may (outside of printing and stitching errors) not returned.
Captain armbands from our collection can be returned within 5 working days. To do so, contact info@captainfc.com.
How can I pay?
All orders on Captain FC go through our payment provider Pay.nl.
Through Pay.co.uk you can easily pay via iDeal, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Bank Contact, Sofort Banking, Visa, Mastercard and many other payment methods, among others.
How can I track my order?
All our orders are shipped with Track & Trace.
You will receive this Track & Trace email from Captain FC as soon as the order is shipped.
What size do I need?
Below is an (advisory) overview of our sizes:
XS | Recommended arm circumference 19-22 cm
S | Recommended arm circumference 23-26 cm
